This is the venerable Hasegawa Sdkfz 7/2, modified to 7/1 by substituting an Esci Flakvierling 38 gun.
I put off building this kit for years because of its soft details, but then one day I had nothing left to build so I had a go at it.
I fabricated the flatbed sides using fine steel mesh and styrene, the rear ladders are old PE ship parts. I added some melted in side link details to the rubber band tracks with a soldering iron. The cab cover is wire and tissue.
Most of the fun was heavily weathering it as a DAK veteran.

The liberated 25 pounder limber you see in some pictures is a placeholder, until I could fabricate a Luftwaffe fuel drum trailer (as in the pictures below).
