Phoenix Design Factory (previously named Veteran Model) is from Taiwan and also produce some decals. The original Veteran Model name was in no way associated with the other Veteran Model company known for its model ship products. No website has been found for Phoenix Design Factory, but it appears that eBay seller Always Model is their sole distributor.
