The kit

The kit is packaged in a very sturdy box. Everything inside was well protected with black foam. This 3D detailing set is to be used in conjunction with Amory's Dennis lorry kit, AR72101 (preview here), as a substitute for the printed paper template used for the cabin and bed tarp covers. No instruction sheet is supplied, so I have to assume that the new 3D part for the bed is a drop in place replacement, eliminating the need to retain the internal ribbing for the bed.

Detail is outstanding with realistic folds plus in scale thick edges to the tarps on both pieces. There will be a plethora of printing supports to remove and much care in removing them will be called for.




Conclusion

A very nice looking accessory. For those builders not comfortable with using the kit's template to fashion the covers and the possibility of damaging the fragile ribbing, this will be the best alternative.
