Hungarian Tanks in WW2 - part 1
Set # 72013 Review by Rob Haelterman - heman_148(at)hotmail.com

Decals for German supplied tanks used by the Hungarian Army in WW2.

While the manual says there are markings for 11 vehicles, there are actually 12 supplied. It appears Bison added marking "X" as an afterthought. Some of the Balkenkreuze need to be obtained elsewhere.

The set also includes extra generic turret numbers and vehicle numbers.

The set comes with detailed instructions (multiple views are offered for some vehicles), which can be found in color on the Bison webite.

The following markings are offered:

1 . T-38 - Pz.Kpfw. 38(t) '113', Donfront 1942, overall grey.
2 . T-38 - Pz.Kpfw. 38(t) '134', Donfront 1942, overall grey.
3 . Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. F '313', Donfront 1942, overall grey.
4 . Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. F '621', Donfront 1942, overall grey.
5 . Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. F '912', Hungary 1942, overall grey.
6 . Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. H, winter 1944-45, three tone camo, winter whitewash.
7 . Pz.Kpfw. VI Tiger Late '115', 1944, three tone camo.
8 . Pz.Kpfw. VI Tiger Late '214', 1944, three tone camo.
9 . StuG III Ausf. G Early '700', 1944, two tone camo.
10 . StuG III Ausf. G Late '726', Hungary 1945, three tone camo.
11 . JgPz 38(t) Hetzer Late 'T-040', Hungary 1945, three tone camo.

Color images taken from Bison's website.

Decals are printed on individual carrier film, are in near perfect register and are sharply printed, with an ever so slightly ragged edge. My example had a sled red "smear" near the numbers 115.
