RetrokiT (upper case T at end of name) and Solfig are the two companies that have been created by the separation of the two previous owners of the now defunct Retrokit (lower case T at the end of the name). Retrokit was created from the Exo Kit range, which itself was the merger of Exo Kit and Retromodels. 14 February 2009

January 2009 - Been
spending time fixing broken Gallery links. I think we may
have fixed them all. If anyone finds any Gallery links
that do not work, please let us know. Thanks. 25 January 2009 - There have been a very large number of updates to existing kit lists over the past few days, catching up with missing releases, etc., as well as adding several new lists. Instead of listing them all here, I encourage you all to skim through the site to find the new material. You never know what you might come across that you've never seen before :-) I would also like to give a hat-tip to Peter Vonderstein who sent in several emails full of information to help us update our lists. I wouldn't have been able to gather all that information in a short period of time without Peter's extensive help, so when you all bump into him at the local pub, be sure to buy him a beer. And finally, you may notice that we have chosen to drop several figure lists from the site, those being the lines of soft plastic figures. The truth is, Plastic Soldier Review does such an impressive job at reviewing these figures that we decided our time is better spent focusing on vehicle kits, and only hard plastic, metal or resin figures. I hope you all understand. And if you've never checked out the Plastic Soldier Review site, you really should. It's pretty amazing. 24 January 2009 - Tony MacKinder (UK) contacted us with additional information about the UM T-34 Beutepanzer kit . The info has been added to the preview. 22 January 2009
19 January 2009 - New manufacturers and reviews.

January 2009 - Al Magnus
has been quite busy over the last couple of days, so
expect quite a number of reviews and previews from his
hand in the near future. Today we start with the first of
(hopefully) a long series.
17 January 2009 - We welcome a new member of the "OTW committee": Al Magnus. Al has been very busy writing articles (more about that very soon) and has started updating the kit-lists. 15 January 2009 - updates to the kit list page for Academy 10 January 2009 - Stefan Wollbold contacted us with the news that his previous gallery submissions had been lost in one of the server migrations. They have been re-created now. (T-34 Flakpanzer, Panther F and Panther Coelian.) 4 January 2009 - We received input from Patrick Mondria that was useful for the Hasegawa Sd.Kfz. 234/3 Stummel article and updated it accordingly. Also some broken links were repaired. (If you find more, please let us know.) 3 January 2009 - Minor update to the Dragon kit list. 1 January 2009 - Welcome to the new (and hopefully improved) On The Way! After a long hiatus, the new managing committee of the site thinks that we are now ready to get under way. As you will see, not much has changed to the site, outside of the new color scheme on all of the main, and future pages. Many of the kit lists have been updated (though we have many more to bring up to current) and some new ones have been added. The biggest change is the management of the site, now in the hands of a small group of dedicated small scale modelers. Hopefully now that the site is no longer burdening a single person, we'll be able to maintain continuous service from now and into the future. We're still working on fixing numerous broken links that we continue to find, so please be patient. If you find something that doesn't work, please let us know. We prepared several new items for this opening announcement, so please enjoy:
